Refund policy

The provision of goods and services by Panterus is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Panterus will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.

If the goods are damaged on delivery please email us immediately on sales@perfumegarden.co.za to arrange the collection of the damaged product/products. The damaged product/products will be assessed to confirm that the damage incurred on delivery. If the product has been found to have been damaged on delivery a refund or replacement of the purchased product will be issued. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Return Policy

If you have ordered the wrong perfume or are not happy with the fragrance selected you can return the order if not used. You can exchange the item at your nearest store or if you require a courier collection you will be charged for the return. Please email your request to sales@perfumegarden.co.za. Once the perfume has been accepted back to our Head Office, a refund or credit will be issued.
