Shipping Options

• FREE to collect order from a store of your choice
• FREE delivery on orders over R1500
• Standard Economy Shipping (3-5 working days)

Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on final weight.

Restrictions
We require a physical address to process online orders for deliveries – PO Box address will not be permitted

Lost Packages
Most packages are shipped with our economy option and are delivered using trusted courier partners. If for any reason your order is not delivered within the allocated delivery time please contact us on sales@perfumegarden.co.za

Pargo
Pargo allows for a 8 day window period for collection starting from the day you received the SMS for collection . If for any reason your order is not collected within the allocated 8 day window period, the order will be returned to us. If you require delivery to be arranged again you would be liable to pay the Pargo free for the package to be resent.

EFT
Do an electronic bank transfer of your total order amount into our bank account with your order number as your reference and email your proof of payment to sales@perfumegarden.co.za

Once the money has reflected in our bank account we will ship the goods. Please note the funds could take up to 48 hours to reflect on our side.
